Position: GRE / Presales Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Site Office – Pushpak Nagar / Navi Mumbai
Experience: 0–2 Years (Real Estate Freshers Welcome)
Key Responsibilities1. Telecalling & Lead Management
- Make outbound calls to inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.
- Explain project details, amenities, location advantages, and pricing to potential clients.
- Maintain follow-up calls with warm leads to fix site visits.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of call feedback in the CRM software.
2. CRM Data Entry & Reporting
- Enter all new leads, walk-ins, and inquiry details in the CRM system.
- Update lead status regularly (Follow-up, Site Visit, Hot, Cold, Closed).
- Prepare daily MIS reports for management review.
- Coordinate with the sales closing team to ensure smooth lead handover.
3. Customer Welcome & On-Site Assistance
- Greet and welcome customers arriving for site visits.
- Provide basic project introduction and guide them to sample flats / sales manager.
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience at the site.
- Maintain visitor register and share walk-in reports with the team.
4. Coordination & Support
- Coordinate appointments for Sales Managers and ensure zero missed walk-ins.
- Assist in organizing site events, customer meets, and promotional activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and customer area.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
