Job Responsibilities

Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

Assist in maintaining IMS documentation, records, procedures, and reports to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate the full lifecycle management of project assets, including asset registration, tracking, movement, utilization, and disposal in line with company procedures.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset registers, IMS databases, and related documentation.

Support internal audits, IMS reviews, corrective actions, and compliance monitoring activities.

Coordinate with project teams to ensure assets are properly allocated, safeguarded, and efficiently utilized at project sites.

Assist with document control activities, including document preparation, revision, distribution, and version control of IMS and project-related documents.

Monitor adherence to company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Prepare periodic reports on asset status, IMS performance, and compliance matters for management review.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Project Management, Quality Management, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in engineering, construction, or asset-based projects is an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of ISO management systems and document control processes is preferred.

Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
