Role Summary:
The System Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, including laptops, desktops, servers, networks (LAN/Wi-Fi), internet connectivity, and security systems.
The role provides technical support for live classroom setups, software applications, biometric devices, CCTV systems, printers, smart boards, email services, and other IT equipment.
The incumbent also assists in resolving technical issues for employees and students, supports studio recording activities when required, and provides on-site technical support across different centers to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
