Position: SEO Team Lead
Job Summary
Softtrix is looking for an experienced and result-driven SEO Team Lead (SEO TL) to lead and manage a team of SEO executives while executing effective SEO strategies for improved organic rankings. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, calling experience, and expertise in AI GEO SEO, GMB optimization, ASO, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of SEO executives to execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Plan, implement, and optimize effective SEO campaigns to improve organic rankings on Google.
- Have strong experience in AI GEO SEO and implement advanced optimization techniques.
- Oversee and optimize Google My Business (GMB) listings to improve local search visibility and rankings.
- Create effective SEO strategies, plans, and client proposals to approach and onboard clients.
- Manage and deliver results in App Store Optimization (ASO) for iOS and Android client applications.
- Monitor, analyze, and report SEO, Email Marketing (EM), and performance campaigns using analytics tools.
- Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, and stay updated with search engine algorithm changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve campaign KPIs and client satisfaction.
- Maintain regular client communication and demonstrate strong calling and communication skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO and team handling.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and AI GEO SEO.
- Experience in managing Google My Business (GMB) and ASO campaigns.
- Good understanding of analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and calling skills.
- Ability to create SEO strategies, client proposals, and execution plans.
- Leadership mindset with problem-solving and team management abilities.
- Eagerness to stay updated with latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
