- Welcome and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Provide accurate information about products, prices, and promotions.
- Recommend products and upsell where appropriate.
- Process sales transactions using the cash register or POS system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed neatly.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist with opening and closing store procedures.
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
