Job Responsibilities:
Deliver online MBA courses across various subjects in the Finance domain Engage and support students in the online classroom through regular communication, feedback, and grading Participate in program development and improvement activities such as curriculum design and assessment
Qualifications:
MCom or MBA in Finance is mandatory (NET preferred) Minimum 2+ years of experience in teaching management courses and engaging students Strong knowledge in Finance subjects such as Financial Management, Accounting, Investment Analysis, etc.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to program and university initiatives Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous teaching experience in a higher education setting
