Job Title: HR Manager

Reporting To: Operations Head
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment: - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for collection field executives and collection telecallers. - Create job postings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with operations for selection. - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
2. Payroll Management: - Collect, verify, and process attendance records. - Prepare and process monthly payroll in coordination with the finance team. - Handle payroll queries and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
3. Attendance and Leave Management: - Monitor daily attendance of all employees using attendance systems. - Maintain and update leave records and manage approvals. - Ensure compliance with internal attendance policies.
4. Employee Discipline and Performance Monitoring: - Ensure adherence to company policies and code of conduct. - Issue warning letters and disciplinary notices where required. - Track and report individual employee performance. - Coordinate with team leads/supervisors for performance updates and corrective actions.
5. HR Documentation and Compliance: - Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. - Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies. - Assist in audits and internal reviews.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a field/collection-based workforce setup. - Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll processes, and labor laws. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in MS Office and HRMS systems.
