Job Summary:
The CDP for Continental Cuisine leads the preparation and presentation of Continental dishes while supervising junior staff. The role is crucial for maintaining taste consistency and kitchen efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare Continental dishes as per the menu.
- Supervise kitchen assistants and commis chefs.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Ensure portion control and stock rotation.
- Contribute to new recipe development.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Continental cuisine.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
- Strong culinary and leadership skills.
