Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Odoo ERP Functional Consultant to manage ERP implementations, analyze business processes, and configure Odoo solutions according to client requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and technical teams to ensure successful deployment and optimization of Odoo systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and gather business requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.
- Configure, implement, and customize Odoo modules based on client needs.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and provide post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with development teams to define and implement technical requirements.
- Provide functional guidance, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare documentation for system configurations, workflows, and implementation processes.
- Support data migration, system integrations, and deployment activities.
- Stay updated with the latest Odoo features, updates, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation or functional consulting.
- Strong understanding of major Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing.
- Experience in business process analysis and ERP system configuration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Basic knowledge of Odoo development concepts, APIs, and third-party integrations is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Odoo Functional Certification is a plus.
- Experience handling ERP implementations across different industries.
