About The Role
We are looking for a highly experienced, revenue-driven Sales Business Development Manager with a proven track record of generating substantial business growth across IT Services, Software Development, Digital Transformation, AI Solutions, Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS Products, Digital Marketing, and Enterprise Technology Services.
This is not a conventional sales role.
We need a strategic sales hunter who can independently build a strong pipeline, engage decision-makers, close high-value deals, and consistently achieve revenue targets.
The ideal candidate has existing networks across SMBs, Mid-Market companies, GCCs, Startups, and Enterprise customers in India, the USA, UK, Middle East, Australia, and Europe.
Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Generation & Business Growth
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, social selling, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Build a strong sales pipeline independently.
