GROUP BAR MANAGER / BEVERAGE HEAD

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Group Bar Manager / Beverage Head to lead and elevate the beverage program across our restaurant brands/ other ventures.
This role is responsible for building and maintaining a strong beverage program in the coastal casual dining space; combining creativity, operational discipline, training, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and oversee brand wide beverage menus
● Create and implement bar SOPs across all units
● Lead bartender and service training programs
● Beverage costing, pricing, and profitability management
● Plan and execute beverage promotions and collaborations
○ Curate seasonal and limited-edition menus
● Conduct regular beverage audits and compliance checks
● Manage supplier and vendor relationships
● Standardize beverage quality and presentation across outlets
● Drive innovation in cocktails, bar experiences, and guest engagement
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
