Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our business development efforts, generate new business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, preferably within the POSM, signage, printing, retail display, exhibition, fabrication, or advertising industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and client visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate enquiries, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, Production, and Project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Conduct product presentations, factory visits, and client meetings.
- Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, quotations, approvals, and payments.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and MIS reports.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in POSM, Signage, Printing, Retail Displays, Fabrication, Advertising, Interior Fit-outs, or a related industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
Salary
₹5,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 CTC per annum plus attractive incentives (Negotiable based on experience and industry exposure)
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
