We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clothing Showroom Manager with 3–5 years of proven experience in a textile showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily showroom operations, driving sales, overseeing billing activities, preparing daily reports, supervising staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the showroom.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing operations accurately .
- Prepare daily sales reports, cash reports, and management reports.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and coordinate with the warehouse team.
- Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards.
- Supervise cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and showroom discipline.
- Coordinate with management regarding promotions, stock requirements, and business performance.
- Ensure cleanliness, compliance, and smooth functioning of the showroom.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Mandatory 3–5 years of experience as a Showroom Manager, Assistant Showroom Manager, or Senior Sales Executive in a Textile/Clothing Showroom.
- Hands-on experience with retail billing software and POS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and daily reporting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to manage sales targets, staff performance, and showroom operations independently.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
