Position: Warehouse Manager – Bhiwandi (Yewai) Roles & Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations – Oversee inbound, storage, inventory, dispatch, and returns.
- Inventory Management – Maintain accurate stock records, cycle counts, and replenishment.
- MIS Reporting – Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock, KPIs, and operational performance.
- Mail Correspondence – Handle client/vendor communication and share operational updates.
- Team Supervision – Allocate manpower, monitor productivity, and train staff.
- Compliance & Safety – Ensure adherence to ISO standards, GST invoicing, and safety regulations.
- Technology Integration – Use MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and warehouse systems for efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement – Apply lean practices, 5S, and Kaizen for operational excellence.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate with minimum 3–4 years of experience in managing large-scale warehouse operations. Preferably from 3PL/Warehousing Company.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in inventory management, record keeping, MIS reporting, and mail correspondence.
- Ability to lead teams and ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
