ADS Solar is seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Engineer to support Australia's commercial solar and BESS projects. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, prepare system designs, manage grid connection processes, and work closely with the Australian engineering team to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to installers, technicians, and customers.
Prepare and review Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).
Perform load-flow calculations and demand assessments.
Manage DNSP/grid connection applications and approvals.
Troubleshoot Commercial Solar PV & BESS system issues.
Support internal teams with technical guidance and training.
Coordinate with the Australian engineering team on project requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).
Minimum 4 years of experience in Commercial Solar PV and/or BESS.
Experience with AutoCAD and SLD preparation.
Knowledge of load-flow calculations and commercial electrical systems.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Experience with Australian solar projects is an advantage.
