We are looking for a highly practical and execution-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing business. The role involves coordination between production, purchase, stores, dispatch, accounts, maintenance, and logistics to ensure smooth factory and office operations.
The candidate should be capable of improving systems, ensuring follow-ups, driving accountability, and supporting the company’s growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations across all departments
- Monitor production planning, dispatches, and material availability
- Ensure smooth coordination between factory and office teams
- Follow up on purchase, inventory, logistics, and pending tasks
- Maintain operational MIS and daily reporting
- Improve systems, discipline, and process efficiency
- Support management in scaling operations and business growth
Candidate Profile
- 7–15 years experience in manufacturing operations
- Experience in rubber, tyre, plastics, chemicals, engineering, or export-oriented manufacturing preferred
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Practical problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in a factory environment
- Leadership and team management ability
Qualification
- Diploma / Engineering / B.Com / MBA Operations
- Practical experience is more important than degree
