Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Course Admissions Telecaller to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counseling skills, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Respond to inquiries generated through website, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Explain course details, curriculum, fees, certifications, career opportunities, and placement support.
- Understand students' educational background and career goals, and recommend the most suitable course.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates until admission is completed.
- Schedule campus visits, demo sessions, counseling appointments, and interviews.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and update the CRM or lead management system.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Strong counseling, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused approach.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email, WhatsApp Business).
Qualifications
- Any Graduate or Diploma.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in education counseling, telecalling, inside sales, or admissions will be an added advantage.
