Job description
- On-Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, coordinate sub-contractors, and manage on-site labor to ensure work quality and progress.
- Blueprint & Execution Review: Read, interpret, and execute engineering drawings, blueprints, and structural specifications accurately.
- Quality Control: Inspect ongoing work to ensure it meets structural standards, local building codes, and client requirements.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety regulations on site, ensuring all workers wear proper PPE and adhere to safety protocols to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
- Material & Equipment Management: Monitor inventory, verify material deliveries, and ensure construction machinery and tools are properly used and maintained.
- Progress Reporting: Maintain daily logs, track project milestones, and provide regular progress updates to Project Managers and engineers.
- Issue Resolution: Identify site issues, bottlenecks, or design discrepancies early and collaborate with engineers to implement practical solutions.
- 6-7 years experience.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
