As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to design, code, and enhance components across different systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure that the solutions you deliver are scalable and high-performing, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS).
- Hands-on experience with SAP PS configuration (WBS, Networks, Activities, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, etc.)
Understanding of project templates, settlement rules, and CAPEX business scenario.
Good grasp of SAP s master data structure and dependencies (Project Profiles, Network Types, etc.)
Able to troubleshoot issues in project creation, cost planning, and settlement
Experience in SAP S/4HANA PS (preferred).
Understanding of integration with MM, FI/CO, Asset Accounting and other modules.
Experience in data migration or SAP Data Services.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
