Position: Accounts Executive
Location: Ophize, Kalamassery

Job Description:
- Maintain accurate books of accounts for UAE-based clients using ERP and accounting systems.
- Post and review journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and provisions.
- Manage accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger maintenance.
- Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, suppliers, customers, and balance sheet items.
- Support monthly and quarterly closing activities in line with agreed timelines.
- Support budget vs. actual analysis and basic MIS reporting.
- Assist with VAT-related calculations, reconciliations, and documentation related to UAE VAT.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain a clear audit trail for all accounting entries.
- Follow internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure process standardization.
- Coordinate with the Dubai team for clarifications, reviews, and resolution of issues.
- Work closely with the onshore Dubai finance team to meet reporting deadlines.
- Respond to client and internal queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support multiple clients and projects in a shared-services environment.
Skills & Competencies:
- Good Excel skills including reconciliations, schedules, and basic financial analysis.
- Well organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working with remote/onshore teams.
