- Explain number of sessions required
- Inform about downtime and precautions
Treatment Plan & Package Explanation
- Explain treatment packages
- Provide cost estimation
- Explain payment options
- Convert consultation into treatment
Patient Assessment Support
Assist doctor by collecting:
- Patient medical history
- Previous treatments
- Skin concerns
- Hair fall history
- Lifestyle factors

5. Sales & Conversion Responsibility
Counsellor should:
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
- Convert consultations to procedures
- Promote treatment packages
