Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive / Senior BDE with mandatory IT software pre-sales and sales experience. The candidate will be responsible for handling, managing, and closing ongoing leads across a wide range of IT products and services, including ERP, CRM, accounting, applications, and customized software solutions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle software pre-sales and sales activities in the IT industry
- Take ownership of all ongoing and assigned leads and ensure timely closures
- Understand client business requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Conduct client meetings and occasional on-site visits for deal closures
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and client meetings
- Close deals for Software, ERP, SAP, mobile/web applications, digital marketing services, and customized software solutions.
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for solution alignment
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and commercial discussions
- Maintain and update leads, opportunities, and closure status in CRM
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and closure targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Required Skills & Experience:
- Mandatory experience in IT software pre-sales and sales
- Strong exposure to CRM, ERP, accounting software, applications, and digital solutions
- Proven track record in lead closure and revenue generation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business solutions.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
