Key Responsibilities
Execute daily production schedules to meet customer demands while minimizing
machine downtime.
Optimize and Monitor the process parameter to meet the quality requirements.
Drive productivity improvements using manufacturing metrics such as OEE, cycle
time, throughput, rejection rate, and manpower productivity.
Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and
reduce wastage.
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and stores for smooth production flow.
Maintain production records, process documentation, and standard operating
procedures (SOPs).
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and process standards.
Requirements
Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
4–8 years of experience in Injection moulding manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of IATF standards, and shop-floor metrics.
Strong knowledge of Injection Moulding Processing.
