Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketer to join our team and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, optimizing, and scaling campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copies
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools
- Generate and present weekly performance reports with actionable insights
- Identify growth opportunities through data-driven strategies
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools
- Good understanding of conversion optimization and lead generation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
