KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Deliverables):
1) Expanding Business Line
2)Lead Generation through new clients and existing clients
3)Meeting Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Sales and Collection Targets
4)Developing new customers through contact development, references, cold calling and digital media
5)Preparing presentations for demo to prospects
6)Preparing quotations / proposals to meet customers’ requirements
7)Negotiations and closing leads
8)Payment collection
9)Training
Undertake training for continuous knowledge up-gradation
Impart training to peers
New product training
Basic Qualification
Graduation in Software Engineering / BSc IT / BMS / BMM / BE
Salary
For Fresher (Jr. BDE): 1.8 L to 2.0 L (Fixed Salary + Incentive on Meeting Targets)
Sr. BDE: 2.4 L – 3.0 L CTC (1–2 years’ experience)
