Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Transferring data from paper documents, spreadsheets, or digital sources into company databases, such as Oracle NetSuite.
- Verification: Reviewing, auditing, and editing data for inconsistencies, errors, or missing information.
- Maintenance: Regularly updating, organizing, and backing up databases to ensure data integrity.
- Administrative Support: Scanning, printing, filing, and retrieving physical and digital documents.
- Reporting: Generating reports and summaries from data for other departments
