Job Role: Business Development Manager
Location: Malad West, Mumbai
Shift: 05:30 PM – 02:30 AM (US Shift) (Night Shift)

Role Overview -
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth in the US market by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, client acquisition, and deal negotiation, with proven experience working with US clients.
Key Responsibilities -
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in the US market
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery for new clients
- Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Support BD leadership in defining and executing growth strategies
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Required Skills & Qualifications -
- 6+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales (US market preferred)
- Strong experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience working in night shifts aligned with US time zones
- Proven ability to close high-value deals and meet revenue targets
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Preferred Qualifications -
- Experience in eCommerce, IT services or IT/ES services.
- Prior experience managing key US accounts
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
