We are looking for an enthusiastic HR & Marketing Intern who wants practical exposure to both human resources and digital marketing. The intern will support the HR team in recruitment and employee-related activities while also assisting with social media, content, and marketing initiatives.
This role is suitable for freshers/students who are good communicators, organized, creative, and willing to learn.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Assist with joining and onboarding formalities.
- Prepare and maintain basic HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement and HR activities.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for recruitment requirements.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Assist in managing company social media platforms.
- Create and schedule basic social media posts and content.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
- Assist in generating ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Support content creation for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Help maintain marketing databases and reports.
- Assist with lead-generation and online promotional activities.
- Track basic social media and marketing performance metrics.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn HR and digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn recruitment.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Previous college project, internship, or practical exposure in HR/marketing is an advantage.
