We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to connect with potential students and guide them about our professional programs. The role mainly involves telecalling, lead follow-up, and generating walk-ins through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with prospective students through calls
- Explain course details and benefits
- Encourage and schedule walk-ins for counselling
- Maintain lead records and follow-up updates
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Prior telecalling / telesales experience is preferred
