Job Title: Roll Forming Machine Supervisor

About the Role:
The Roll Forming Machine Supervisor will be responsible for supervising roll-forming machine operations, ensuring production targets are achieved, maintaining product quality standards, and managing machine operators. The role requires hands-on experience in roll-forming processes, sheet metal fabrication, machine setup, troubleshooting, and workforce supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Supervision
- Supervise daily roll-forming machine operations.
- Ensure production schedules are executed efficiently.
- Monitor shift-wise production performance.
- Ensure achievement of daily production targets.
Machine Operations
- Oversee machine setup, tooling changes, and product changeovers.
- Monitor machine performance and operating parameters.
- Ensure machines are operated according to SOPs.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
Quality Control
- Verify dimensions and quality of produced sections.
- Ensure products meet approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify defects and implement corrective actions.
- Reduce rejection rates and material wastage.
Workforce Management
- Supervise machine operators and helpers.
- Assign tasks and monitor productivity.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance.
- Maintain discipline and adherence to safety procedures.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and PPE requirements.
- Conduct safety briefings and machine safety checks.
- Report incidents and near-miss events.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain production records and shift reports.
- Track machine downtime and production losses.
- Report operational issues to management.
- Maintain machine operation logs.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
Experience Required:
- 3–5 years of experience in Roll Forming, Sheet Metal Manufacturing or industrial production.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
