About the Role
D'LIFE Interiors is looking for a dedicated and proactive Interior Site Engineer to oversee the execution of premium residential interior projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, quality control, client coordination, and project scheduling while ensuring timely completion of projects with high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day execution of residential interior projects.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with designers, factory team, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Supervise carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and installation teams.
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
- Plan daily activities and monitor project timelines to achieve on-time delivery.
- Verify site measurements and ensure material availability before execution.
- Maintain daily progress reports and update project status.
- Conduct quality inspections and minimize rework.
- Coordinate with clients at site and address execution-related concerns professionally.
- Ensure safety standards and site discipline are maintained throughout the project.
- Support project handover and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in residential interior site execution.
- Strong knowledge of modular interiors, finishing works, and interior materials.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Chennai.
