I have several pieces of general correspondence—mainly letters and emails—written in English that must be rendered into polished, formal Spanish. Accuracy is paramount: every nuance, courtesy phrase and formatting detail needs to carry over so the documents feel as though they were originally drafted for a Spanish-speaking recipient.
You’ll receive the files in Word and PDF; please return the translations in the same formats with all headers, dates and signatures preserved. A brief explanatory note for any idiom or cultural reference that needs adaptation would be appreciated, but the body text itself should read naturally and professionally to Latin-American as well as European Spanish readers.
