Admin Executive – Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration activities
- Coordinate kit deliveries with the logistics team and central team
- Convince and follow up with partners for pending payments
- Use sales and communication skills to maintain strong partner relationships
- Maintain office records, documents, and files
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and staff
- Handle office supplies and inventory management
- Support HR and accounts-related administrative tasks
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
- Prepare reports, emails, and official correspondence
- Ensure smooth office operations and housekeeping management
- Handle courier, dispatch, and phone/email communication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in administration or operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per month
