- Education: A Bachelor's degree (B.A) in Social Studies, History, Geography, Civics, Economics, or a related field. A B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in Social Studies, preferably in a CBSE school or similar educational institution.
- Subject Knowledge: Strong understanding of historical events, geographical concepts, civic principles, and economic theories relevant to the CBSE curriculum.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to explain complex social studies concepts clearly and effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. Empathy, patience, and enthusiasm for teaching social studies.
