Job Title: IT Software Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support cloud-based applications and AI-powered productivity and automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, including practical experience with AI assistants and automation platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and AI workflow tools. Ability to identify, evaluate, and implement AI solutions to enhance business productivity.
- Evaluate, deploy, and support AI-powered applications to improve automation, reporting, documentation, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Train employees on the effective use of AI tools and establish best practices for secure and responsible AI adoption.
- Oversee all software used across the organization, including accounting software, and printing/production systems.
- Manage IT vendors, Server, software licenses, AMC contracts, and coordinate technical support.
- Handle software installation, updates, Firewall Knowledge, Router, Switch troubleshooting, and ensure smooth functioning for all departments.
- Ensure smooth IT operations across editorial, production, printing, and administrative departments.
- Recommend technology improvements to enhance productivity, security, and operational efficiency.
Good Knowledge of Ad (Domain Controller)
- Support basic cloud tools and AI-based applications used for automation and productivity.
- Basic Understand development tools and environments (Python, React, PHP, Node.js) to coordinate with developers and evaluate solutions.
- Maintain system documentation, Inventory and backups.
Required Skills:
- Basic Knowledge of accounting software (Tally/ERP), and printing/production software.
- Experience in IT vendor management and software procurement.
- understanding of cloud platforms and AI tools.
- Familiarity with development technologies: SQL, Python, React, PHP, Node.js (not for coding, but for coordination).
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Profile:
- IT professional with Basic software management experience.
- Organized, proactive, and able to support editorial, printing, and administrative teams effectively.
- AI-related certifications or hands-on experience implementing AI solutions will be considered a strong advantage.
- Experience in publishing, printing, is an advantage.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
