About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Educational Counselor to guide students in choosing the right academic programs and career paths. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to understand student needs and provide suitable educational guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Counsel students and parents regarding educational courses and career options
* Provide detailed information about available programs and admission procedures
* Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and messages
* Maintain student records and update the CRM system
* Assist students throughout the admission process
* Achieve monthly admission targets
Requirements:
* Any degree (Education / Business / Marketing preferred)
* 1–3 years of experience in education counseling or sales (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build rapport with students and parents
* Basic computer knowledge
