Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Prospect, pitch, and onboard new corporate, SME, or e-commerce clients.
- Quotation & Negotiation: Prepare tailored logistics proposals, negotiate freight rates and service terms.
- Account Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise closely with dispatch, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure smooth cargo movement and timely delivery.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, market freight rates, and industry trends to identify new sales opportunities.
- Reporting: Track daily/monthly sales metrics and pipeline health against individual and team targets.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–5 years of proven field or B2B sales experience in the courier, express, or 3PL (third-party logistics) industry.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office (especially Excel), and supply chain/tracking tools
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
