Experience level 5-6 yrs
Core .NET Expertise
- Strong experience with C# and modern .NET (.NET 8)
Preferred experience with WPF and any other .NET UI frameworks

- Asynchronous programming (async/await)
- Exception handling and resilience patterns
- SOLID principles and clean architecture
- Experience working with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, etc.)
- Testing & Quality Engineering
- Strong experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest)
- Ability to design meaningful tests beyond “happy path” scenarios
- Familiarity with mocking frameworks
- Codebase Comprehension
- Proven ability to quickly understand large, unfamiliar codebases
- Comfort working with AI-generated code and improving it where needed
- Ability to reason about intent vs. implementation
- Preferred experience modernizing or replacing legacy enterprise applications
- Behavioral & Professional Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- High attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable challenging assumptions and validating correctness
- Ability to work independently with minimal handholding
