Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented National Sales Manager from the PEB / Steel Structures industry to lead and expand our business operations across India. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading regional sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Lead sales operations for PEB, structural steel, and industrial building projects across multiple regions.
- Identify new business opportunities in industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, infrastructure, and commercial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, and project management companies.
- Handle complete sales cycle including lead generation, techno-commercial discussions, negotiations, and order closures.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, production, and project execution teams for smooth project delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Manage and mentor regional sales teams to improve performance and productivity.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business development plans for management review.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business Administration or related field.
- 12–15 years of experience in Sales & Business Development within the PEB / Steel Structure industry.
- Strong network with industrial clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and infrastructure companies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle large-scale industrial and commercial projects.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets.
