Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and people-oriented Marketing & Client Servicing Executive to join our team at Ayurveda Lifestyle Global.
The role involves managing client relationships, coordinating marketing activities, supporting social media execution, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
This is a dynamic role that blends client servicing, creative thinking, digital marketing execution, and coordination across teams to deliver high-quality brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
Handle queries, feedback, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
2. Marketing & Social Media Support
Support execution of social media content plans and digital marketing campaigns.
Work closely with design and content teams to ensure brand-aligned creatives.
Assist in developing ideas for posts, reels, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, wellness branding, and social media platforms.
3. Coordination & Execution
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, design, tech, analytics, and operations) to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Translate client requirements into clear briefs for execution teams.
Track daily tasks and ensure smooth workflow across projects.
4. Communication & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of client communication, briefs, and deliverables.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Support client presentations and review meetings with structured updates.
5. Creative Thinking & Problem Solving
Contribute ideas for improving campaign performance and engagement.
Identify opportunities for creative storytelling aligned with Ayurvedic and wellness branding.
Assist in improving internal processes and workflow efficiency.
6. Client Growth & Business Support
Identify opportunities for upselling and account growth.
Support revenue expansion through proactive client engagement.
Help maintain long-term client satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.

Good sense of visual aesthetics and creative thinking.

Familiarity with tools like Canva, MS Office, or Google Workspace.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
