We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Billing Executive – Front Office to oversee hospital billing operations and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely processing of patient bills. The role requires strong expertise in OPD/ TPA/insurance (panel) billing, hospital billing systems and healthcare protocols, along with the ability to lead and manage the billing team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hospital billing operations, including OPD, IPD and emergency billing.
- Handle TPA / Insurance (Panel) billing, pre-authorizations, approvals and claim processing.
- Ensure accurate billing in compliance with hospital policies, insurance guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Supervise and guide the front office billing team, ensuring productivity and service excellence.
- Monitor daily billing activities, revenue cycle, and ensure timely closure of bills.
- Coordinate with clinical, nursing, and insurance teams for smooth billing operations.
- Resolve patient billing queries, escalations, and discrepancies in a professional manner.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits, including NABH and internal compliance requirements.
- Generate and analyze billing reports, MIS, and revenue summaries for management review.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare protocols, ethical billing practices and patient confidentiality.
- Train and mentor junior billing staff to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably in Healthcare Management, Commerce, or related field)
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in hospital billing
- At least 2–3 years in a supervisory/lead role in billing/front office
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a multi-speciality hospital setup
- Exposure to NABH accreditation processes
- Hands-on experience with hospital management software (HIS)

- Competitive salary as per industry standards
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
