We are looking for a empathetic, organized, and proactive Case Manager to serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking mental health support at Psyted. This is a critical client-facing role where you will be responsible for handling initial inquiries, conducting free preliminary assessments, and guiding clients to the right mental health professional based on their needs.
You will also manage ongoing case follow-ups to ensure every client receives continuous support throughout their journey with Psyted. This role requires a strong blend of psychological knowledge, communication skills, and case coordination ability.
Key Responsibilities
Initial Case Handling
- Receive and manage incoming client calls, messages, and inquiries through Psyted's platform, phone, and digital channels

- Conduct structured, free initial assessments to understand the client's psychological needs
- Use standardized screening tools and intake questionnaires to evaluate the client's condition
- Identify key concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or other psychological needs
- Determine the level of care required — general counseling, clinical psychology, or psychiatric intervention
Case Referral & Psychologist Matching
- Based on assessment outcomes, refer clients to the most suitable psychologist or mental health professional within the Psyted network
- Coordinate appointment scheduling between the client and the referred professional
Follow-Up & Case Monitoring
- Follow up with clients who have not responded or rescheduled after initial assessment
- Conduct post-consultation follow-ups to check on the client's well-being and satisfaction
- Monitor ongoing cases to ensure clients are progressing through their care plan
- Flag high-risk cases to senior psychologists or the clinical team immediately
- Maintain regular communication with clients to encourage continuity of care
Client Support & Relationship Management
- Provide emotional support and basic psychoeducation to clients during the intake process
- Address client concerns, questions, and hesitations about seeking therapy
- Help reduce stigma by communicating about mental health in a clear, non-judgmental manner
- Build trust and rapport to improve client retention and engagement
Coordination & Team Support
- Collaborate with the operations team to manage appointment calendars and psychologist availability
- Participate in team meetings, case review discussions, and training sessions
- Support awareness campaigns, outreach programs, and community mental health initiatives as needed
- Assist in onboarding new psychologists to the platform by briefing them on case management processes
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in case management, client coordination, counseling support, or a related mental health role
- Freshers with strong internship experience or relevant clinical exposure are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with psychological screening tools and intake assessment processes is an advantage
