Roles and Responsibilities of a Business Analyst
- Understand business requirements and gather information from clients or internal teams.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare business requirement documents (BRD) and functional requirement documents (FRD).
- Coordinate with development, testing, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis when required.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for the development team.
- Create reports, presentations, flowcharts, and dashboards for management review.
- Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, and project planning sessions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Support testing activities by validating whether the developed solution meets business requirements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
- Assist in process optimization and business strategy planning.

Pay: ₹413,102.27 - ₹800,000.00 per year
