Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and managerial roles
- Coordinate interviews, trial shifts, and selection processes
- Handle offer letters, documentation, and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment trackers and manpower planning
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation
- Handle confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits
- Manage attendance, leave records, and shift coordination
3. Payroll & Benefits Coordination
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, incentives)
- Ensure statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, LWF) are processed accurately
- Address employee queries related to salary and benefits
4. Statutory Compliance (India – Critical)
- Ensure compliance with labour laws.
- Maintain registers and records as per statutory requirements
- Coordinate audits and inspections (if any)
5. Employee Relations & Discipline
- Address employee grievances and workplace issues
- Support disciplinary actions and documentation
- Ensure adherence to company policies, code of conduct, and grooming standards
6. HR Operations & Reporting
- Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and reports
- Track attrition, hiring status, and manpower costs
- Support HR policy implementation and updates
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour laws
- Experience in hospitality / high-attrition environment preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle shift-based workforce
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
- 4–6 years of HR experience (hospitality preferred)
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
