Letsreach is an influencer marketing agency built around YouTube. We match brands with creators, ship the videos, and show the numbers. Our clients sit across tech, gaming and entertainment. We are based in Abu Dhabi and work with brands in the US, UK and Australia. You can see our work at letsreach.io.
We want one person to run our creator side. The relationships, and the deals that come out of them. You would work directly with the two founders and help build a new part of the business.
Expect the role to change. We move fast and test a lot, so your focus and targets will shift as we learn what works. If that sounds fun rather than stressful, you will fit here.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
· Build and manage relationships with YouTube creators
· Find, pitch and negotiate brand deals on their behalf
· Keep the creators you work with busy and well looked after
· Use our AI tools to move faster than an agency our size should
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
· At least 2 years of work experience. This should not be your first job.
· Someone who gets things done without being chased
· Excellent written and spoken English. You will be on calls with creators and clients across the US, UK and Australia.
· Comfortable with tech, quick to learn, and you use AI tools daily
· Strong at communication, relationships and negotiation
· Happy to take calls and happy owning a target
NICE TO HAVE
· Creator economy, talent management or agency experience
· A feel for YouTube and how brand deals get priced
NOT A FIT IF YOU

· Are running two or three other things on the side
THE DETAILS
· Fully remote, full time, 40 hours a week. Work from any city in India.
· Some overlap with Gulf Standard Time, UTC+4
· Rs 76,400 to Rs 95,500 per month, plus performance bonuses
· This is a contractor role. It does not include PF, gratuity or health cover. Please factor that in before you apply.
· You would get in early on a new side of the business, working alongside the founders
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,150,000.00 per year
