Sunglass Bae ( A company of Lunettes Lifestyle Private Limited) is looking for an energetic and fashion-forward Sales Executive to join our team at the prestigious LuLu International Shopping Mall in Kochi. If you are passionate about retail, eyewear fashion, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want you on our team. You will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect pair of sunglasses to match their style.
1. Sales Excellence: Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences, provide styling advice, and close sales to meet daily/monthly store targets.
2. Customer Service: Deliver a premium, friendly, and welcoming shopping experience to every visitor.
3. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on current eyewear trends and provide detailed information about our product features (UV protection, frame shapes, brands, etc.).
4. Store Operations: Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays to ensure the store always looks its best.
5. Transaction Management: Handle billing, POS operations, and inventory management efficiently.

Qualifications
- Education: A completed Diploma or Degree (mandatory).
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in retail sales (freshers with a passion for fashion/sales are welcome to apply).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is a plus).
