- CLARITY IN SPEECH,GOOD VOICE MODULATION.
- MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH MS EXCEL & PROPER UNDERSTANDING OF DMS.
- GOOD TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE.
- SHOULD HAVE THE ABILITY TO HANDLE CUSTOMER CONCERNS & CAPABLE TO IMPARTS SOFTSKILL TRAINING TO TEAM MEMBERS.
- ABILITY TO LEAD A TEAM OF 3 TO 5 MEMBERS.
