Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from US customers.
- Provide information and promote relevant home services.
- Ensure excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily/weekly performance metrics and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate data in CRM and internal systems.
Who Can Apply
Freshers:
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident to handle US customers over the phone.
Experienced Professionals:
- 6 months–3 years of experience in International Voice / BPO / Sales Process preferred.
- Strong persuasion and customer handling skills.
- Proven ability to meet targets and KPIs.
