The ideal candidate will design, develop, implement, and optimize artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that improve business processes, automate workflows, and create data-driven products. The role requires expertise in modern AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), generative AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions for business applications.
- Build, fine-tune, and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
- Develop AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Create and maintain machine learning models for prediction, classification, recommendation, and analytics.
- Integrate AI services and APIs into web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
- Perform data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Optimize AI models for accuracy, scalability, and production performance.
- Monitor AI systems and continuously improve model performance.
- Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science (adjust based on your requirements).
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and neural networks.
- Experience with Python and AI libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers, or LangChain.
- Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or similar AI platforms.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, Docker, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI agents and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
- Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases.
- Understanding of NLP, computer vision, or speech AI.
