Job Summary:
The Information Technology Trainee will work closely with the IT team to gain practical experience in various areas of information technology, including hardware, software, networking, technical support, and basic web technologies. This role is designed to provide hands-on training and professional development for candidates who are starting their careers in the IT field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and monitoring Amazon AWS cloud services.
- Support website hosting and cPanel administration activities.
- Learn and assist in Linux/Windows server management and maintenance.
- Monitor server performance, uptime, and resource utilization.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining server and network security measures.
- Perform regular data backup and recovery procedures.
- Google Workspace (GWS)
- Microsoft 365 (M365)
- Zoho Mail
- Manage DNS records, domain names, and hosting configurations.
- Troubleshoot website, email, and server-related issues.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Computer Networks and Operating Systems.
- Understanding of DNS (Domain Name System).
- Basic knowledge of web hosting and cPanel.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Understanding of email services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail).
- Knowledge of backup and security concepts.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or database concepts is an added advantage.
- Internship or academic project experience in IT-related areas.
